Expat​ Renovations was founded by Jules Lagadec in 2009. Jules moved to the Geneva area in July 2001, from England, where she worked as a European Events Manager for an American IT Company for seven years. Whilst in England, she renovated the first two houses that she owned. On moving to the Geneva area, she completed a further two renovations.

From her experience of carrying out these two renovations using multiple companies from the Geneva region, with all the logistical problems that this created and in a response to a lack of English speaking companies servicing the Expat community, she decided to create a dedicated 'English Speaking Renovation Company'.

Expat Renovations employs a team of highly qualified and experienced workmen which include a plumber, an electrician, masons, carpenters, tilers, plasterers and painters.
 

The main advantage of working with Expat Renovations is that all aspects of the project are carried out in-house by one team. Expat Renovations is not reliant on any other external company. This makes for a smooth running, stress free, well co-ordinated project from beginning to end.
